All sales are final
Because of the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for a blend or a cigar you did not enjoy, or for any product that has been opened, smoked, or removed from its original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or that are not what you ordered.
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days we are unable to process a claim.
How to make a claim
Email info@bluehilltobacco.com within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The item or items affected
- Photographs of the damage, or of the item you received in error
- Photographs of the outer shipping box if the package itself was damaged
Please keep the item and all packaging until your claim has been resolved. We may need it to file with the carrier.
Approved claims
Where a claim is approved, we will either replace the item or refund it. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. We will tell you which applies when we respond to your claim.
Cancelled and refused orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud or underage purchase, to limit quantities, and to refuse service at our discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse shipment to any jurisdiction where tobacco sales are restricted or prohibited, and to cancel orders that would violate local, state, or federal law.
Where we cancel an order before it ships, no charge is taken, or any charge already taken is refunded in full to the original method of payment.
Orders cancelled because age verification could not be completed are refunded in the same way.
Lounge and in-store purchases
This policy covers orders placed through this website. Purchases made in person at our Beach City shop are handled at the counter.
