You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any tobacco or nicotine product. By placing an order you certify that you are 21 or older and that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful.
Texas and federal law prohibit the sale of tobacco products to anyone under 21.
Age verification before we ship
Texas law requires us to verify your age using reliable methods before shipping tobacco products. Orders are only processed after age verification has been completed successfully.
To verify an order we require:
- Your full legal name
- Your billing and shipping address
- Your date of birth
We may also require a government-issued photo ID or verification against a third-party database.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if age verification cannot be completed. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, it is refunded in full.
Payment
Orders for delivery must be paid using a credit or debit card in the purchaser's name. We cannot ship an order paid for on a card belonging to someone else.
Adult signature required on delivery
We ship using methods that require an adult signature (21+) at the point of delivery. Texas law requires an adult signature on delivery for certain tobacco products.
Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for the package. It cannot be left at the door, with a neighbour, or in a parcel locker.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Because of the adult signature requirement, we can only deliver to a street address. Orders placed to a P.O. Box cannot be fulfilled.
Where we ship
Blue Hill Tobacco reserves the right to refuse shipment to any jurisdiction where tobacco sales are restricted or prohibited, and to cancel any order that would violate local, state, or federal law.
Customers are responsible for knowing the laws that apply where they live.
Order refusal
We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud or underage purchase, to limit quantities, and to refuse service at our discretion.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, see our Returns and Refunds policy. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Collect in store
You are always welcome to buy in person at our Beach City shop, at 15838 Tri City Beach Rd, Suite C, minutes east of Baytown and south of Mont Belvieu.
